　　Draft out responsibility setting and adjusting schemes.起草公司部门职责设置与调整方案

　　Collect、classify problems in function allocation, and propose improvement schemes. 收集、整理职能分工方面的问题，并提出公司职能修改的建议方案。

　　Critical Competence关键能力要求:

　　University graduate (engineering preferred) 大学本科(工程类优先)

　　Above 5 years experience of related work in manufacture industry5年以上制造行业工作经验;

　　Good written and spoken expression of both English and Chinese较强的中英文书面和口头表达能力
